Prost Brewing Company, established in 2012 in Denver's Lower Highland neighborhood, is renowned for its dedication to crafting authentic German-style biers. In 2022, Prost announced plans to relocate its headquarters to Northglenn investing $25 million over a decade to establish a state-of-the-art facility.  By January 2024, the new 60,000-square-foot brewery and 10,000-square-foot Biergarten opened, blending traditional German brewing techniques with advanced technology. The facility features a custom 50-barrel system from Kasper Schulz, the world's oldest brewhouse manufacturer, and employs sustainable practices like CO₂ recapture. This expansion has positioned Prost among Colorado's top craft breweries, with an annual production capacity reaching up to 120,000 barrels.
