Manufacturer's Edge has partnered with Jobs for the Future & Breakthrough Alliance of Colorado to host an upcoming Fair Chance Corporate Cohort for Colorado companies interested in learning more about hiring talent with records through Fair Chance Futures of Colorado, a 3-year initiative that is supporting and upskilling more than 400 incarcerated Coloradans who are soon releasing into the community.
This FREE, in-person, Fair Chance Corporate Cohort will take place on April 27-28 and is eligible for seven SHRM Professional Development Credits. Here’s a breakdown on what attendees can expect:
Day 1: Instructor-Led & Peer Learning (April 27, 8 AM to 3 PM at Candy Factory Coworking Space, 1512 Curtis Street in Denver)
Day 2: Experiential Learning (April 28, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Centennial Correctional Facility)
RSVP Deadline: Monday, April 6
Register here to sign up for the cohort and here to attend an optional virtual info session on March 26 at 1 PM where you can learn more about what to expect from the cohort and correctional visit (link goes live at meeting time). Email Lisa Durkin (ldurkin@jff.org) with any questions.
