The Next Generation of Adams County Leaders Graduate From LEAD Metro North Program
Westminster, CO – Last week, the Adams County Regional Economic Partnership (AC-REP) celebrated participants on completing LEAD Metro North, the 10-month leadership and professional development program.
The LEAD Metro North program provides participants with the opportunity to engage in rich leadership training to develop and enhance their careers, learn more about the Adams County economy and its industries, and build relationships with key community leaders.
AC-REP prides itself on cultivating, growing and connecting gamechangers to better serve the Greater Adams County region. Selected participants of the 2024 LEAD Metro North class represent several industries spanning from the financial sector to education, energy to local government, healthcare and more – all of whom share a commitment to shaping the region’s economic vitality in the future.

Since the early 1980’s, the Metro North leadership programs have informed and educated more than 1,800 alumni leaders across the region.
