The LEAD Metro North program provides participants with the opportunity to engage in rich leadership training to develop and enhance their careers, learn more about the Adams County economy and its industries, and build relationships with key community leaders. 

One of the speakers was Adams County Commissioner Steve O’Dorisio, who took a brief moment to share his Top 20 tips and lessons learned from his own leadership journey with the class. In the spirit of the program, he encouraged graduates to become active participants in the community. 

AC-REP prides itself on cultivating, growing and connecting leaders to better serve the Greater Adams County region. Selected participants of the 2023 LEAD Metro North class represent a broad and diverse cross-section of aspiring business, government, and nonprofit professionals who share a commitment to shaping the region’s future.
