McWhinney announced Eaton, a global power management company, has signed a lease for 76,188 square feet within Building 3 of the Baseline Innovation District located at 1765 W. 160th Avenue in Broomfield.

Eaton’s lease for roughly half of the 152,761 square-foot flex industrial building reflects the growing interest from sophisticated users in the 1,100-acre mixed-use community, which is located adjacent to the intersection of the I-25 and E-470 transportation corridors. 

Eaton is expected to take occupancy in November.
