AC-REP Hosts Premiere State of the Region Summit and Gamechangers Celebration
On June 12, 2025, we hosted the 2025 Annual State of the Region Summit and Gamechangers Celebration which brought together leaders, changemakers, and innovators from across the Greater Adams County Region to reflect on our progress, spotlight trailblazers, and plan for our economic future.
From thought-provoking economic insights to cutting-edge updates in aerospace and innovation, the event left attendees energized and united by a shared commitment to regional collaboration and economic vitality.
We were honored to hear from an outstanding lineup of keynote speakers who challenged us to think bigger, lead boldly and push boundaries.
- Lynn Baca, Chair, Adams County Commission – gave audience members a thorough state of the county and showcased the commitment to regional success
- Tatiana Bailey, Ph.D., economist – provided deep insights into economic trends shaping our future
- Innovation Takes Flight Panel, moderated by Nichole Bruce, Hensel Phelps – who shared perspectives on construction innovation and workforce
