Join AC-REP and the Adams County Workforce and Business Center to celebrate Workforce Development in Adams County! September is Workforce Development Month, a time when we celebrate and spotlight the individuals, employers, and partners who contribute to our region's workforce needs. 

• Learn more about the impacts of AI in workforce development from keynote speaker Jonathan Liebert. 
• Celebrate the champions by recognizing the 2026 engagement efforts to support local workers. 
• Breakout sessions to dig deeper into AI and your organization.
• Expo participants include experts from the Adams County Workforce and Business Center. There will also be community resources related to the workforce.
