Join AC-REP and the Adams County Workforce & Business Center to celebrate Workforce Development Month and explore one of the biggest forces shaping the future of work: artificial intelligence. This event brings together employers, workforce professionals, educators, and community leaders for timely insights into how AI is changing jobs, skills, talent development, and the way organizations operate. 

Hear from Jonathan Liebert, Chair of the National AI Taskforce for State Workforce Boards and Interim CEO of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus (IABBB). He recently testified before Congress on AI and its impact on America’s workforce. In his keynote address, Jonathan will provide a broader perspective on what AI means for employers, workers, and the workforce systems supporting them.

Following the keynote, attendees can take the conversation further through breakout sessions featuring:

Dr. Alana Olschwang, Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, Front Range Community College. 

Dr. Olschwang leads institution-wide strategy and innovation efforts at FRCC and will share how to build an AI philosophy for your business, including the steps to consider. 

Jim Marchiori, Consultant with Colorado Cleantech, brings extensive experience in organizational development and training. He will share how to develop toolkits for registered apprenticeships using AI tools, along with solutions already available to help your business today.

Jonathan Liebert will build on his keynote presentation with a session focused on learning about specific AI tools to help you manage your workforce.
