Join AC-REP and the Adams County Workforce and Business Center to celebrate Workforce Development in Adams County! September is Workforce Development Month, a time when we celebrate and spotlight the individuals, employers, and partners who contribute to our region's workforce needs. 

The event will include opportunities to network and connect with community members, learn more about work-based learning programs from keynote speaker Andrew Bercich of SummitWorx Solutions. Celebrate the champions by recognizing the 2025 engagement efforts to support local workers. Attendees will also have the chance to learn more about practical tools and programs across the workforce development spectrum designed to support business needs in our region. Expo participants include Anythink Libraries, Front Range Community College, Manufacturer's Edge, North Metro SBDC.
