Thornton Shopping Center Redevelopment Project

Join us as we hear from Adam Krueger and Chad Howell about the Thornton Shopping Center Redevelopment. In April 2024, the Thornton Development Authority (TDA) took title to the 15.86-acre site at the northeast corner of 88th Avenue and Washington Street. Since then, TDA has successfully relocated tenants, demolished buildings, and completed a community-based reuse visioning process.

Adam and Chad will offer background on the site and insights on plans for the future.
