Join AC-REP’s Development Council on February 5th as we continue the conversation on housing solutions in Adams County and across Colorado. Building on insights from January’s discussion, community leaders and housing experts will share perspectives on affordability, growth, and inclusive development. This session offers timely insights and an opportunity to engage in shaping our region’s future.

Chris Russell – Guest Speaker
Chris Russell brings an on-the-ground perspective to housing and development as a Realtor with Wilks Real Estate and a Thornton City Council Member. His experience across the real estate market and local government offers firsthand insight into housing availability, market pressures, and growth in Adams County.

Heidi Majerik – Guest Speaker
Heidi Majerik is President of Gauge Land Development, a land development consulting and investment firm focused on community-minded housing across Colorado. She brings deep expertise in entitlements, land strategy, and development planning to conversations about how communities grow and evolve.

Peter LiFari – Guest Speaker
Peter LiFari is CEO of Maiker Housing Partners, a developer focused on creating attainable housing solutions across Colorado. His experience in housing finance and public-private partnerships supports data-driven approaches to expanding housing options across Adams County.

This is a hybrid meeting. First and last 30 minutes for networking and lunch.
