The Annual Development Council Bus Tour is an opportunity to highlight specific parts of Adams County as we continue to grow and innovate.

Ready Foods: 2645 W 7th Ave

  • Advanced Manufacturing Automation

Pivot Denver: 451 E. 58th Ave.

  • Located in Adams County Enterprise and Opportunity Zone

Quantum 56: 601 W 56th Ave.

  • Located in Adams County Enterprise and Opportunity Zone

Balistreri Vineyards: 1946 E 66th Ave.

  • Coffee Break: sponsored by The Talarico Company

TruStile Doors, LLC.:

  • 350,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility

Boyers - Maiker Housing Future Site: 7296 Washington St.

  • 117 affordable housing units and 4,200 square feet of commercial space

Thornton Shopping Center Redevelopment: 88th Ave. & Washington St.

  • Thornton Development Authority (TDA) took title to the 15.86 acre property in April of 2024 and has successfully relocated tenants, demolished the buildings, and completed a community-based reuse visioning process

Northglenn Civic Center Master Plan:

  • Located on Community Center Drive across from E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park. Includes City Hall & the recreation center/senior center/theatre buildings
